How do we strengthen the resilience of residents and ecology with neighbourhood-level spatial interventions?

During the 2-year study, we conducted design research on how spatial interventions strengthen the resilience of neighbourhoods. To this end, we developed a design framework and tried it out with three different designers in real cases. The booklet and accompanying maps invite policymakers, designers and neighbourhood organisers to approach neighbourhood resilience in a way that includes both people and non-people. We hope to provide them with a perspective that can guide them in developing strategic visions and more tactical interventions in public spaces. It also aims to provide inspiration for concrete actions through a series of concrete design examples and strategies.
